A visionary leader with over two decades of experience, Faxy Phillip Moitshepi is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hexaract Network Experts (HNE). With a strong foundation in ICT, project management,and strategic business development, Faxy is steering HNE toward becoming a pan-African leader in digital transformation and advisory services.Faxy brings a rich legacy of impact from his 20+ year tenure at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, where he led mission-critical initiatives in Data Center strategy, WAN optimization, and Security Platforms. Known for successfully delivering multi million-Pula solutions with exceptional customer satisfaction, he combines technical depth with strategic vision to drive real business results. A seasoned Managing Consultant, Faxy specializes in Strategic Leadership, Business Growth, Project Execution, and Financial Oversight.His academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Newcastle, and professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College. More than just a technocrat, Faxy is passionate about mentorship,education, and capacity building. He is widely respected for his charisma,integrity, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
